Before purchase
Each listing identifies the product as a digital pattern, not a finished item, and states the file format, language, difficulty and expected materials. Please read those details before checkout.
After access or download
Refunds are generally not offered once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law. A request may be reviewed when the buyer received the wrong file, the file is materially defective and cannot be replaced, or a duplicate purchase is verified.
Technical problems
A failed download does not by itself mean the purchase is lost. Follow Download Help and contact support with the purchase email and product name. We will first try to restore access or supply a working replacement.
How to request review
Use the Contact page. Do not send payment-card details. The checkout or payment provider may need to handle payment reversals and transaction-specific questions.
