1. Find the purchase email
Search the inbox used at checkout for the pattern name or order receipt. Check spam, junk and promotions. Allow a few minutes for payment confirmation.
2. Open and save the PDF
Use the download link in the receipt. On a phone or tablet, choose the browser’s save or share action and store the file in Files, Books or another PDF reader. On a computer, save it somewhere you can find again before closing the browser.
3. If the file will not open
- Confirm the download completed and the filename ends in
.pdf. - Try a current browser or a dedicated PDF reader.
- Download again from the original purchase email rather than forwarding the file.
