Are these physical products?
No. Crafteries sells digital PDF patterns and guides. You will not receive a finished object, yarn, cord, tools or a parcel.
How do downloads work?
Secure checkout provides download access after a successful purchase. Keep the purchase email, as it contains important access information.
Do I need an account?
An account is ordinarily not required. Checkout will ask only for the information needed to process payment and deliver the file.
What file type will I receive?
Listings specify their files. Crafteries patterns are supplied as PDF files, usually with a print-friendly version and a screen-reading version.
Can I print the pattern?
Yes. You may print a personal working copy. Do not copy or distribute printed or digital pattern files to other people.
Can beginners use the patterns?
Choose a listing marked Beginner and read its technique list. Beginner does not mean effortless; it means the construction and assumed skills are clearly limited and explained.
Can I sell items made from the patterns?
Small-scale sale of finished objects you personally make is allowed when you credit Crafteries as the pattern designer. Mass production is not permitted.
Can I redistribute or resell the PDF?
No. Pattern files, instructions, diagrams and illustrations may not be shared, copied, uploaded, translated for distribution or resold.
What happens if I lose my download email?
Check spam, promotions and the email address used at checkout. Then follow the steps on Download Help. A support email will appear there once configured.
Can digital products be refunded?
Because digital files cannot be returned in the usual sense, refunds are generally not offered after access or download. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. See the refund policy for the baseline terms.
How do I get help?
Visit Contact or Download Help. The site currently shows an honest configuration notice until the customer-support email is supplied.
