The pattern file
Copyright in Crafteries PDF files, instructions, diagrams, photographs, illustrations and page design remains with SCALYOU LLC. Purchase gives one buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the pattern for personal making.
You may download the file to your personal devices and print reasonable working copies for yourself. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, publicly post, share, translate for distribution, teach from duplicated copies or include any part of the pattern in another product.
The finished handmade object
You may make physical objects from a Crafteries pattern for yourself or as gifts. Small-scale sale of objects personally handmade by the buyer is allowed when the listing does not state otherwise. Credit “Pattern by Crafteries” where practical.
Mass production, factory manufacture, subcontracted manufacture and use of Crafteries artwork or instructions in product listings are not permitted. Do not add unlicensed characters, brands or protected artwork to suggest an endorsement or license.
Questions and changes
Product-specific license notes take precedence when they are more restrictive. SCALYOU LLC may update these baseline terms for future purchases; the terms supplied with a purchased file remain relevant to that purchase.
